I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were like a dream with a big bed surrounded by fluffy pillows, and they kept the room at just the perfect cold temperature for a restful sleep. The service from everyone, from the doorman to the receptionists, was top-notch, making me feel incredibly well taken care of. The location couldn't have been better, in the safe neighborhood of Las Condes and so close to all the main tourist areas. The dining experience was exceptional, with fresh farm-to-table products that truly impressed me. The facilities were outstanding, meeting all my needs and more. The price felt a bit high initially, but considering the value for money, I can say it was absolutely worth it.
